Bookings can be made for small groups, tables
of 10 or large groups up to 50 people.


The Winning Post Enclosure is located in the centre of the racecourse and offers fine dining, state of the art marquees, bookmakers and private totes, amid tranquil garden surrounds. As well as a seating alongside the inside of the track it has great views
of the whole of Flemington Racecourse.

On Arrivals
Traditional poached chicken sandwiches bound in herb scented mayonnaise
Toasted croissants - leg ham, cheddar cheese and Dijon Mustard, Swiss Cheese and spinach (v)


Cold Luncheon Items
Sugar, salt and dill cured Tasmanian salmon with Dijon mustard and cider vinaigrette
Seasonal, freshly shucked oysters served on ice with lemons
Zucchini, eggplant and semidried tomato frittata with fresh oregano, ricotta and Parmesan served with a chunky tomato chutney (v)

Hot Barbecue Luncheon Items
Chermoula spiced chicken fillets with a fresh salsa of pineapple, cucumber and mint
Eye fillet of beef served with a café de Paris butter melting on top
Chargrilled ginger and coriander prawns with soy and lime zest dressing


Daily Salad Selection
Crisp salad of rocket and baby cos leaves with fresh thyme and red wine vinaigrette (v)
Fresh mozzarella, baby caper and sliced tomato salad with lemon scented extra virgin olive oil (v)
