FMG now represents and manages a number of photographers, assistants, stylists and location searchers based in Melbourne, Australia. FMG is based at Decent Exposure Photography Studios and has established a production office for providing cutting edge work with commercial viability thanks to a selection of individuals whose talents are driven by both creativity and professionalism.

In 2005 FMG was commissioned to produce US photographer Steve Grubman's photography shoot for the movie "Charlotte's Web" starring Dakota Fanning, Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey, Robert Redford. The photography stills shot will be used for the posters of the movie.
